smvhub (the “Service”) is a web application for short video creation and social posting support. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and social platform connection data.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

User information

• Name
• Email address
• Other information you enter in the Service

Social account connection information

• Account identifiers for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Access tokens, refresh tokens, and related OAuth credentials
• Connection status, posting permissions, and target account information

Content and publishing information

• Video files and related media
• Images, audio, and text materials
• Titles, captions, and hashtags
• Scheduled posting times
• Publishing status and results

Usage and system information

• Usage logs and operation history
• Publishing job history
• Error logs and technical information needed for security and troubleshooting

2. TikTok Integration

When you authorize TikTok, smvhub uses TikTok APIs to connect accounts and submit posts on your behalf.

• smvhub uses TikTok Login Kit to connect authorized TikTok accounts.
• smvhub may store TikTok account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, posting metadata, and publishing status.
• smvhub uses TikTok Content Posting API to submit video posts when authorized by the user.
• Users can revoke TikTok access by disconnecting their TikTok account or through TikTok account settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To create, edit, and manage short videos
• To prepare platform-specific posting materials
• To publish or schedule posts to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• To manage publishing jobs and show results
• To respond to support requests and operate the Service
• To investigate incidents, maintain systems, and improve quality
• To prevent abuse, Terms violations, and security issues

4. Sharing with External Platforms

To publish content to connected accounts, we may send necessary data to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms, including media files, captions, target account information, and authentication data required by their APIs. Those platforms handle the data under their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except when:

• You consent
• Disclosure is necessary to complete publishing through connected platforms
• Disclosure is required by law
• Disclosure is needed to address abuse, rights infringement, or security issues

6. Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, and unauthorized access. OAuth tokens and similar credentials are used only as needed for authorized posting and are deleted or invalidated when no longer required.

7. Disconnecting Accounts and Deletion Requests

You may disconnect linked social accounts in the Service. You may also request deletion of registered information or publishing-related data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable scope after verification. Some logs may be retained where required by law or necessary for operations, security, or abuse prevention.

8. Cookies

We may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login state, understand usage, and protect security. Disabling cookies may limit some Service features.

9. Minors

If a minor uses the Service, please obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian as required.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates become effective when posted on the Service.
