This English version is provided for app review and international users. In case of any conflict, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of smvhub (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
smvhub is a web service that helps users create short videos and manage social media posting workflows.
Main features include:
- Short video creation and management
- Platform-specific CTA video preparation
- Scheduled posting
- Publishing job management
- Publishing result tracking
- Integration with external social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
2. Eligibility and Conditions of Use
When using the Service, you must:
- Have legitimate authority to manage or publish to any connected social account
- Have the necessary rights or permissions for any videos, images, audio, captions, and other materials you use
- Comply with the terms, guidelines, and policies of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other external platforms
- Not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes
3. Social Account Connections
The Service may connect to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using OAuth authentication and platform APIs. You represent that you have the authority to connect any account you authorize. Connecting another person’s account without permission is prohibited.
4. TikTok Posting Features
The Service may provide TikTok posting features through TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API, including Direct Post workflows where authorized.
- Users are responsible for the content they submit.
- Users must have the necessary rights to publish videos and captions.
- TikTok posting features are provided through TikTok APIs and may be subject to TikTok's terms and platform policies.
- smvhub does not guarantee successful posting if TikTok API errors, account restrictions, or network issues occur.
5. Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for videos, images, audio, text, titles, captions, hashtags, and other content that you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Service.
You must ensure that your content:
- Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
- Does not violate platform rules
- Does not include false, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful material
- Is covered by any required licenses or permissions
6. Relationship with External Platforms
Posting depends on third-party APIs and account status. Platform changes, rate limits, reviews, outages, or policy updates may affect Service features. smvhub is not responsible for platform-side refusals, account restrictions, API errors, or failed reviews.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Connecting or using another person’s social account without authorization
- Publishing content that infringes third-party rights
- Violating platform terms or community guidelines
- Publishing illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Attempting unauthorized access, overloading systems, or interfering with Service operations
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed, including for maintenance, outages, security issues, or third-party API changes.
9. Account Restrictions
If you violate these Terms or if necessary for Service operations, we may restrict access, disconnect social accounts, stop publishing jobs, or delete related data.
10. Disclaimer
The Service does not guarantee that posting, scheduling, or result retrieval will always succeed. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from API failures, platform restrictions, network issues, user content problems, or related incidents.
11. Intellectual Property
Rights in content you submit generally belong to you or the rightful owner. You grant us a limited license to use such content as needed to provide posting, display, troubleshooting, and Service improvement. Rights in the Service software, design, and branding belong to the operator or rightful owners.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s location in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
